Love the Dango! - Amber D. Stone
I assume that
is as interested in Japan as I am. Of course I had to rack my brain to remember wtf a dango is.
And the art is cute and it's nice to have a female competitor in the competition, but there's very little to critique here and consequently not much reason for me to keep an eye out.
This is the kind of webcomic that I'd flip through for awhile until I get distracted by something, and then I probably wouldn't remember to ever come back to it.
There's nothing wrong with those sorts of webcomics and I can totally see why a person should place their vote here, but I'd be remiss if I didn't admit that I'm looking for something different.

Aside from being nice to Amber, where have the in-depth reviews gone? I feel you're holding something back these days or is it just disinterest?
@ Mike
I'll just say... I tried to stretch the Lifespan review but I didn't have anything in depth to say.
Maybe my mojo is gone?
I've been noticing a pattern lately. What would normally work as a great webcomic gets crushed at Zuda.
I dunno man. I mean I think it's pretty encouraging to see that there's at least a few every month that ought to be worthy of following but only one gets a contract and the rest of em don't seem motivated to continue.
I mean, PVP an XKCD or however the hell you call it, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking they started out with a very small audience right?
Well anyways, it might be hard work to build an audience up if you're flying solo but you'd think more creators would take advantage of the Zuda publicity. I know there's lots of people waiting on Maxy Millionaire if it ever comes out.
